BIGBANG Thanks Fans for Over 10 Million Facebook Likes

On December 12, YG Entertainment posted a special poster of BIGBANG in commemoration of the group receiving over 10 million likes on their official Facebook page.

The poster reads, “THANK YOU 10,000,000 LIKES.” Likewise, a photo congratulating Seungri on his birthday was also posted.

Currently, their Facebook page is steadily gaining more likes and has the most likes amongst K-pop groups.

Many fans are pleased that hitting this milestone coincided with Seungri’s birthday and consider a nice gift for the member.

Meanwhile, BIGBANG has been on tour and recently performed in Nagoya, Japan on December 6. The group will be performing at Osaka’s Kyocera Dome in January next.

Which K-Pop boy groups topped Google searches for 2015?

Following the results of which K-pop songs and Korean TV shows topped Google searches, the company has released another interesting trend for the year 2015. 

The search engine shared the list of which K-Pop boy groups were the most searched during the period spanning from January 1 up until December 10, 2015. Unsurprisingly, the top three spots were dominated by the biggest names in K-Pop: EXO, BTS, and BIGBANG. The rest of the top ten mostly lists groups from the three monolithic labels, namely YG, SM, and JYPE, and a couple talented acts such as INFINITE and B2ST, who hail from smaller labels.
