BIGBANG member G-Dragon has topped Japan’s Oricon chart with his latest DVD!

Just one day after its release on February 7, the “G-DRAGON 2017 WORLD TOUR ‘ACT III, M.O.T.T.E’ IN JAPAN LIVE” DVD claimed first place on Oricon’s daily DVD chart.

The DVD contains footage from G-Dragon’s 2017 concert at the Tokyo Dome, one of the 29 venues at which he performed over the course of his solo world tour. In addition to Japan, where he held concerts at domes in three different cities, G-Dragon’s tour also took him to various cities across Europe, North America, Oceania, and Asia.

The newly released DVD features a special collaboration performance between G-Dragon and fellow BIGBANG member Seungri, who appeared as a surprise guest only during the Tokyo leg of the tour. It also includes a documentary video in which G-Dragon opens up about his experience behind the scenes of the concert.

BIGBANG’s Taeyang and Min Hyo Rin are receiving praise for the way they held their wedding ceremony!

On February 6, news outlet TV Report stated that Taeyang and Min Hyo Rin didn’t accept any monetary wedding gifts from their guests.

When attending a wedding in Korea, it is customary to prepare money as a gift to the couple. Guests must write their names on the envelopes of money so that the couple can know how much money they received from each guest.

Because Taeyang and Min Hyo Rin didn’t accept any money from their guests, it appears that the couple just wanted their close friends and family to celebrate their beautiful moment together without worrying about any financial expenses.

Taeyang and Min Hyo Rin got married at a church on February 3, followed by an after-party that was filled with dancing and serenading.

On February 6, the agency commented, “G-Dragon and Taeyang are waiting for their draft notices for active-duty service.”

Following T.O.P who is currently a public service worker, G-Dragon and Taeyang will be the next BIGBANG members to begin their mandatory service.
