BIGBANG’s ‘FLOWER ROAD’ at No. 1 in Weekly Charts for 2 Consecutive Weeks
[SBS funE=이정아 기자] BIGBANG’s ‘FLOWER ROAD’ maintained its no. 1 spot in weekly charts for 2 consecutive weeks.
On the weekly charts announced on March 26, ‘FLOWER ROAD’ dominated no. 1 spots in 7 music platforms including Melon, Mnet, Bugs, Naver Music, Olleh, Soribada, and Genie. The song swept no. 1 spots in various real-time and daily music charts as soon as it was released on March 13. ‘FLOWER ROAD’ is currently maintaining its no. 1 spot for 14 consecutive days in Melon, which is Korea’s largest music platform.
On the 22nd of last month, the song won 3 titles in Gaon Charts. The song was ranked at no. 1 in Digital Comprehensive, Downloads Comprehensive, and BGM Charts, receiving the honor of winning the triple crown.
BIGBANG fascinated fans not only in Korea, but also listeners in foreign music markets as well. The song was ranked at no. 1 in US Billboard’s ‘World Digital Song Sales’ Chart and in Japan’s iTunes Comprehensive ‘TOP SONG’ Chart.
