BIGBANG took No.1 on August’s Gaon chart again… Setting an unprecedented record of sweeping the chart for 4 months in a row

[OSEN=??? ??] BIGBANG has proven their formidable power once again. The team is sweeping the No.1 on charts for four months in a row.

Idol group BIGBANG is showing their enormous power, sweeping the monthly Gaon chart for four consecutive months. All the singles of “MADE” project that began in May have dominated monthly charts. That is a very exceptional case in the music scene, which has proven the “BIGBANG power” once again. BIGBANG’s new release for every month and enthusiastic responses from music fans for such a plan also proved BIGBANG’s enormous influence.

According to Gaon chart on the 10, “LET’S NOT FALL IN LOVE”, a song included in BIGBANG’s single “E” released last month, took the No.1 place on Gaon’s monthly chart. While competition on music charts is getting fiercer with the release of songs performed at the music festival of a TV show, BIGBANG is showing the best performance on charts, as they have always done.

Such a record is all the more meaningful, as it is an unprecedented record of all the singles of “MADE” project taking the No.1 on charts. Beginning from “LOSER”, “BANG BANG BANG”, “IF YOU”, and “LET’ NOT FALL IN LOVE” all contributed to setting such an important record. Notably, BIGBANG is showing good performances evenly on digital chart, download chart, as well as streaming chart.

The biggest reason for such big success of “MADE” project is the quality of music. As BIGBANG created their own songs, they can well-express the team’s color and try different variations in their music. They sometimes put some sweetness and humor in their song as in “BAE BAE”, and then create sentimental songs such as “IF YOU” and “LET’S NOT FALL IN LOVE”.

While BIGBANG will soon release a full-length album that binds all the “MADE” projects together, fans are paying keen attention to how BIGBANG will mark the grand finale of “MADE” project after the time for rest.
