Gaon Music Chart has released the results for the first half of 2015 in terms of top digital, download, streaming, and album sales.

Digital Chart

Counting both within Korea and out, singer Naul topped the chart with “You From the Same Time.” EXO is second with “Call Me Baby” and BIGBANG is third with “Loser.” Here is 1-10.

Notably, EXO has sold 1,192,934 album units so far. Naul topped the charts in three areas- digital, download, and streaming. Davichi and Huh Gak continued to be popular with their singles, and Mad Clown is making a name for himself as a top seller. Unfortunately, no girl group was in the top 10 for album sales. Red Velvet is the first girl group to enter the album chart at 20th place with their “The 1st Mini Album ‘Ice Cream Cake’” selling 40,651 units.

BIGBANG to Take World Tour to Australia and Mexico for First Time

BIGBANG will be touring Australia and Mexico for the first time. 

YG Entertainment announced additional tour dates for BIGBANG 2015 World Tour 'MADE' on July 10, revealing BIGBANG will be making stops in Australia's Sydney and Melbourne, Mexico, Yanji City, China and Taiwan. 


BIGBANG to Take World Tour to Australia and Mexico for First Time

BIGBANG will be taking over the People's Stadium in Yanji City on August 16, before taking the tour to the Taiwan Arena for three days from September 25 to 27

The tour will then head to Mexico for a show at the Arena Ciudad de Mexico on October 7, before holding two days of shows in Australia at the Sydney Olympic Park Allphones Arena on October 17 and the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on July 21. This will be the first time BIGBANG is performing in Mexico and Australia.

BIGBANG’s “If You” and “Sober” Enter Billboard’s World Digital Songs Chart + “Made” World Tour Dates in Mexico and Australia

BIGBANG being on Billboard‘s World Digital Songs Chart is no surprise, but this is the first week the group’s latest releases- “If You” and “Sober“- are on the chart. The songs are in second and third place, respectively, for the week of July 18, 2o15.

In first place is “Lava” by Kuana Torres Kahele & Napua Greig  from the soundtrack of the brand new Disney-Pixar movie “Inside Out,” which has been no.1 for the past three weeks.

Yesterday, “Sober” took its first no.1 win on “M!Countdown.” 

Also, BIGBANG announced new tour locations and dates for their “2015 World Tour [MADE].” BIGBANG is stopping at Mexico City, Mexico (October 7) and Sydney (October 17) and Melbourne (October 21), Australia. This is BIGBANG’s first time holding concerts in Mexico and Australia. Find ticketing information here.
