[Dispatch=이수아 기자] BIGBANG’s G-DRAGON showed off his fierce charisma.

G-DRAGON did the shooting for the cover of Vogue China’s August edition. The cover was shot in two different versions.

In the pictures, he showed what it really means to be a homme fatale. He wore heavy eye make-up and his face was expressionless. With his hair slicked back, he was fuming with charisma.

The fact that his jacket was slight open made him sexier. Bold accessories and his confident posture was enough to catch anyone’s eye. The subtitle “POP POWER” demonstrated that G-DRAGON is indeed an iconic K-Pop star.

The chemistry between G-DRAGON and top model Bella Hadid was electric. Bella Hadid was dressed in red, and G-DRAGON and top model Bella Hadid looked like lovers.

They were up close and personal with Bella Hadid’s arm around G-DRAGON’s neck. G-DRAGON softened the mood with a faint smile on his face.

Meanwhile, BIGBANG has many projects lined up for their 10^th anniversary. From August 5, BIGBANG will hold concerts under the title of”BIGBANG 10 THE EXHIBITION: A TO Z”.

[마이데일리=베이징 이용욱 특파원] A number of Hong Kong stars came to see BIGBANG’s concert.

Sina.com cited news reports by Hong Kong media outlets that famous stars including Jackie Chan, Rosamund Kwan, and Kenny Bee were spotted at BIGBANG’s Hong Kong concert, which took place on July 22. 

According to the article, Jackie Chan even gave flowers to BIGBANG himself to welcome the group, and Kenny Bee and his wife came to the concert with Rosamund Kwan. Other Hong Kong stars that came to BIGBANG’s concert include Maple Hui and girl group Super Girls.

The concert began at 8:15 PM, and BIGBANG members said hello to the audience mostly in English. G-DRAGON shouted “I Love Hong Kong!” and made the audience cheer loudly.  

Sina.com reported Chinese people’s response: People wrote comments online such as “Even top Hong Kong stars watch BIGBANG’s concert standing up” and “It’s good to m all relaxed and happy.”

[스포츠조선=이유나 기자] The song that BIGBANG’s member SEUNGRI presented in Chinese TV show “Girls Fighting” took No.1 on the popularity chart of QQ Music. 

SEUNGRI presented “36 Tricks of Love” (“愛情 36計”) for the opening performance with mentees in episode seven of “Girls Fighting” aired on July 23 on Chinese Dragon Satellite TV. The song is staying in the top place on the daily popularity chart of Chinese QQ Music, drawing big popularity in the country. 

“36 Tricks of Love” for which SEUNGRI took part in rearrangement as a producer is a song well-known as Chinese singer Jolin Tsai’s big hit. For the opening performance, SEUNGRI directly instructed the mentees and performed with them on the stage in Chinese. 

The song was acclaimed by the audience and upon its on-line release on July 24, it proved big popularity once again by taking No.1 on China’s biggest on-line music-streaming website QQ Music. “Girls Fighting” show itself is creating sensation on-line, taking the first rank on Weibo’s popularity chart. SEUNGRI’s “36 Tricks of Love” is also creating sensation on-line, taking the third place on TV entertainment popularity chart and the third place on Korean Celebrities Chart of Weibo for this week.  

Chinese music fans are giving rave reviews for SEUNGRI’s “36 Tricks of Love”, saying, “SEUNGRI’s performance was really great”, “SEUNGRI sang in perfect Chinese”, “The rearrangement was really great. He was so cool” etc. 

SEUNGRI expressed his gratitude for fans by posting a message on Weibo after taking No.1 on the chart. He said, “Just overnight, my song took No.1 on music chart. The power of Chinese fans is really great and I’m really grateful. I’ll continue to work hard to reward your support with better performances and songs”. 

“Girls Fighting” in which SEUNGRI appears as a mentor is about a project of nurturing a Chinese girl group. SEUNGRI is a member of the star mentor group along with Chinese top stars including Huang Xiao Ming, Chen Yu Fan, and Hu Hai-guan. The show is aired on Chinese Dragon Satellite TV on every Saturday at 10PM.
