GD: This is GD tv. Peaceminusone(PMO) starts now.
GD: This is G-Dragon. Here's PMO(Beyond the stage) exhibition.
GD: Peaceminusone is another name of mine. GD, KwonJiyong, and PMO. Those are all my names. Once my album's logo it was.
GD: Peace means sth ideal, Minus means lack, and the One means sth in between.
GD: idk when but I got contacted over a year ago and I prepared it for a long time.
GD: I'm not a person who hangs the photo of myself in my own house. I got exposed so much in my life, that's enough. But these cubic structures have my photos that I like. These photos are all chosen by myself.
Q. Aren't you worried if the artworks get damaged?
GD: I got all insurance covered. I believe they'll take a good care *smiles
GD: The clock here has coupd'etat logo and it also looks like it's stopped at 8 o'clock. Its second hand keeps moving but the clock rings randomly, at random time. So it makes us feel like we're somewhere beyond all these place and time.
GD: These arts on the wall is painted in oriental style, but what's painted is the inspirations I've got in my music career mostly western music and rappers.
These artworks look simple but has some serious meanings mostly related to our society. These phrase "I Can't Breathe" is actually from one of the songs in my very first album. But here the date has an important meaning. It's the date something bad happened in US society, and the man's last words were "I can't breathe."
GD: This artwork is by artist Kwon Osang, inspired by Micahel the Archangel. The man above and on the floor are both me. It can be explained those are the two G-Dragon, on stage and the real me. Also it can be explained those are the good and bad sides of G-Dragon which are both inside me.
GD: These furnitures are made by Jean Prouve, a famous designer. These are some of my favorite pieces.
GD: This paint called Fetish, recently bought it. The color looks different by lights. it kind of looks like my hair. *smiles
GD: These photos are by photographer Park HyeongGeun. The photos are re-made from the broken pixels, and looking carefully, these all are my photos, somewhat hidden.
GD: I'm planning to have a world tour of this Peaceminusone exhibition.
GD: I myself is not the person who've studied art since when I was young, but I think this kind of exhibition can be held by someone like me who's doing the pop-music. So I want to work as hard as I can from now on as well.
GD: I want people to visit freely and enjoy, just like they enjoy my music.
