The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for individual idols!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 1,730 idols, using big data collected from August 25 to September 25.
IVE’s Jang Won Young topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 7,643,112, marking a whopping 119.54 percent increase in her score since August. High-ranking phrases in her keyword analysis included “Wonyoung-esque mindset,” “Wonyoung turn,” and “Lucky Vicky,” while her highest-ranking related terms included “secret,” “refreshing,” and “lovely.” Jang Won Young’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 92.28 percent positive reactions.
BTS’s Jimin held onto his spot at second place with a brand reputation index of 5,536,876, marking a 16.10 percent rise in his score since last month.
BLACKPINK’s Rosé similarly maintained her position at third place with a brand reputation index of 4,739,276, marking a 3.36 percent increase in her score since August.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK’s Jennie took fourth place with a brand reputation index of 4,597,419, marking an 8.51 percent rise in her score since last month.
Finally, BTS’s Jin came in at a close fifth with a brand reputation index of 4,571,020 for September.

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for all idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of various idol groups, using big data collected from August 18 to September 18.
IVE topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 5,494,386, marking a 5.79 percent increase in their score since August. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “IVE SECRET” and “XOXZ,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “refined,” “high quality,” and “unchanging.” IVE’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 93.197 percent positive reactions.
BLACKPINK took second place for September with a brand reputation index of 4,813,295, while BTS came in third with a score of 4,275,545.
SEVENTEEN rose to fourth place with a brand reputation index of 3,541,721, marking a 1.60 percent increase in their score since last month.
Finally, Stray Kids jumped to fifth place after seeing a 58.04 percent rise in their brand reputation index, bringing their score to a total of 2,713,637 for September.

The rankings were determined through an analysis of singers’ media coverage, consumer participation, interaction, and community awareness indexes, using big data collected from August 27 to September 27.
Lim Young Woong topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 8,275,105, marking a 13.18 percent increase in his score since August.
IVE shot to second place after seeing a staggering 170.17 percent rise in their brand reputation index, bringing their total score to 7,528,740 for September.
Meanwhile, BTS took third place for the month with a brand reputation index of 7,172,156.
BLACKPINK came in fourth place with a brand reputation index of 3,840,068, and Kim Yong Bin rounded out the top five with a score of 3,667,615.
