The 'Tokyo Girls Collection 2015 S/S' is in its 10th year this year, and will be held on February 28th. BIGBANG said, "We congratulate the Tokyo Girls' Collection on their 10th anniversary. It means a lot to be able to participate on the stage that is celebrating 10 years and 20 shows. We'll put on a passionate stage so fans will remember February 28th as an amazing day."

BIGBANG at Japan’s Fashion Event “Tokyo Girls Collection”
(??=????) ??? ?? = YG’s BIGBANG is to appear in Japan’s representing fashion event “Tokyo Girls Collection.”
YG Entertainment announced on Feb 2 that BIGBANG will be in Tokyo’s Yoyogi National Stadium on Feb 28 to partake in the 20th Tokyo Girls Collection 2015 Spring/Summer.
Held biannually, the Tokyo Girls Collection marks its 10th anniversary this year. The 20th event to be held therefore carries much significance.
BIGBANG commented, “It is meaningful to partake in the 10th anniversary and the 20th event of the show. On Feb 28 we are going to showcase a memorable performance that will remain in the hearts of the local fans.”
BIGBANG held Japan’s 5 Dome Tour 2 years in a row in huge success, while each of them is actively promoting themselves as a solo in the neighboring country.

BIGBANG Celebrate 10th Anniversary Of Japan’s Tokyo Girls' Collection Festival With High-Energy Performance
They will be taking the stage on February 28th in Tokyo for the 20th annual 2015 S/S Tokyo Girls Collection.This year marks the events 10 year anniversary and 20th annual event.
“We want to congratulate the Tokyo Girls Collection’s 10th year anniversary,” group BIGBANG stated according to OSEN. “We are so happy to be able to attend their 20th annual event and 10th anniversary. We will work hard to create a great stage for the event.”
Starting last November, BIGBANG held their ‘BIGBANG Japan Dome Tour 2014-2015 X’ five dome tour up until this past January for a total of 15 performances and 740,000 fans.
They became the first foreign artists to hold a five dome tour in Japan for 2 consecutive years.
BIGBANG member Daesung also recently held his encore concerts for his ‘D-LITE DLive 2014 in Japan~D’slove~’ solo arena tour on January 31st and February 1st. He will also hold two more concerts on February 10th and 11th at the Osaka Hall for his ‘Encore! 3D Tour D-Lite DLive D’slove’ concert.
Taeyang has also completed his solo Japanese tour, Sol Japan Tour-Rise 2014, after releasing his album, Rise [+Solar & Hot].
The group will also release a DVD containing footage from their fan club event that took place in four cities with 14 performances on February 18th and another video on their five dome tour on February 25th.

BIGBANG to regroup for Tokyo Girls Collection
K-pop boy group BIGBANG will appear onstage at the spring-summer 2015 Tokyo Girls Collection, to be held at the capital's Yoyogi National Gynasium on Feb. 28.The quintet will coordinate solo activities alongside rehearsals for the semiannual fashion festival, which showcases seasonal streetwear trends by Japanese brands. TGC is open to the general public and includes live concerts by prominent artists.

"Congratulations to Tokyo Girls Collection's 10-year anniversary. It will be very meaningful for BIGBANG to perform at the 20th commemorative event. BIGBANG will passionately prepare to make it an unforgettable experience," a YG Entertainment spokesperson said on Monday.
TGC, which began in 2005, previously invited K-pop acts such as IU, Kara and SHINee.
BIGBANG recently concluded its three month-long Japanese tour "BIGBANG JAPAN DOME TOUR 2014-2015 'X'," which drew an estimated 740,000 fans. A commemorative live concert DVD is set to release on March 25.
Members Daesung and Taeyang are currently holding solo tours overseas. Daesung is slated to perform at Osaka-jo Hall on Feb. 10-11, while Taeyang will conclude his "RISE" international tour on March 1.
