BIGBANG’s Daesung has reportedly become the owner of a building that is estimated to be worth around 30 billion won (approximately $26.9 million).

According to real estate company Won Building, Daesung recently purchased a building in the Gangnam district of Seoul that has eight floors above ground and two floors below ground. The building is in a prime location, situated on a main road near Apgujeongrodeo Station.

The real estate in question is said to be valued at 31 billion won (approximately $27.8 million), with an added acquisition tax of 1.43 billion won (approximately $1.28 million). With rent costing approximately 90 million won (approximately $80,700) a month, Daesung’s annual rate of return from acquiring the building is expected to be around 4.4 percent.

[SBS funE=강선애 기자] Group BIGBANG’s TAEYANG and SEUNGRI will appear in ‘MIXNINE’.

On the 3rd episode of JTBC’s ‘MIXNINE’ which will air on November 12, TAEYANG and SEUNGRI will appear as judges on the final agency tour.

During the audition, TAEYANG and SEUNGRI showed empathy with the desperation and sincerity shown by participants. It was because the two people also went through survival competition in ‘BIGBANG TV’ in order to make debut.

While the two judges were sympathetic on the contestants’ desperation for a chance to make debut, they also showed their talent as great judges, having an eye for talented trainees.

The production crew of ‘MIXNINE’ stated, “During the whole judging process, TAEYANG and SEUNGRI’s opinions often overlaped with YANG HYUN SUK’s opinions”, indicating the three judges’ great chemistry. They continued, “While TAEYANG was serious and acted as a warm advisor, SEUNGRI made the audition scene delightful with his nimble-witted evaluations. He is definitely the judge that made YANG HYUN SUK laugh the most”, stating different charms for each producer.

‘MIXNINE’ is a reality competition program in which YANG HYUN SUK will set out to 70 different agencies in Korea and find new stars among 400 trainees. A girl group composed of 9 girl members and a boy group composed of 9 boy members will have a final competition against each other to make debut as a major K-pop idol group.
