BIGBANG will be appearing on variety show “Weekly Idol”!

It has been revealed that after discussions with Yang Hyun Suk, it was decided that the group will be appearing on three variety shows.

BIGBANG has already filmed for MBC’s “Infinite Challenge” and “Radio Star.” This means the third variety show will be “Weekly Idol.”

A source revealed, “It’s true that BIGBANG refrained from appearing on variety programs for a few years. However, it appears as though Yang Hyun Suk’s thoughts have changed. He thought of fans who will not be able to see BIGBANG as a whole group for a while with T.O.P’s military enlistment. He viewed variety show appearances as the answer to soothing sad fans and suggested it to the members. The member readily accepted and selected three programs to appear on after careful consideration.”

The producers of “Weekly Idol” must be very happy about BIGBANG’s appearance as they have publicly requested for the group to appear on the show before.

A source from MBC Every1 revealed, “BIGBANG will be appearing on MBC Every1’s ‘Weekly Idol.’ They will film sometime next week and the episode will air around mid January.”

It’s great timing because MC Jung Hyung Don is known for being close to G-Dragon through “Infinite Challenge” and is back as an MC for the show.

Meanwhile, BIGBANG’s new songs “FXXK IT,” “LAST DANCE,” and “GIRLFRIEND” have achieved great results on various music charts.
