[?????=?????] The honor of the grand prize for the 30th Golden Disc Awards went to BIGBANG as expected. 

The 30th Golden Disc Awards was held on the 20 at 7:30pm at Peace Hall of Kyunghee University. In the awards, BIGBANG received a main prize for the digital songs’ segment and Aichii Artist Award, along with the Grand Prize. 

BIGBANG showed off their status as the winner of the grand prize, by performing “LOSER”, “BANG BANG BANG”, and “SOBER”. After the performances, BIGBANG engaged in an interview.



First, TAEYANG expressed his gratitude for the triple crowns by saying, “I’m really grateful for the great love you gave to us during the last year and these precious prizes. I believe this achievement was possible thanks to our fans”. 

Then, regarding the 10th anniversary of their debut, G-DRAGON said, “We still have a big work to do”. 

G-DRAGON went on to say, “We’ll release the full album of ‘MADE’ series and will meet fans consistently in concerts”. G-DRAGON also explained the meaning of “MADE” album, saying, “As we’ve put a lot of efforts in the album, it has more of our passion and commitment in it. We’re so happy that the album enjoyed big popularity”.

The MC of the awards asked what BIGBANG members were going to do that night, and T.O.P answered, “You know, I’m old, so I think I have to go back home and sleep”, making everyone at the awards burst into laughter. Then, TAEYANG wittily said, “In the past, we went to have drink on this kind of good nights, but now, I just wanna go home and sleep”.



TAEYANG went on to say, “We’re preparing a lot to show to fans in the year 2016, so please look forward to our comeback”. Lastly, DAESUNG said, “I say it every year, but again, for this year, I wish for your best happiness”. 

Then, TAEYANG suggested to DAESUNG that they say thanks to fans, and DAESUNG gave greetings in pansori, Korean traditional recital of dramatic songs, impromptu. 

BIGBANG released new songs every month from May to August last year and dominated No.1 places on music charts. They never missed the top rank on monthly charts as well. The big sensation created by BIGBANG for four months in a row last year is still continuing.

The Golden Disc Awards for the year 2016 is held on the 20 and 21 this month at Peace Hall of Kyunghee University, Seoul, for the albums’ segment and digital songs’ segment. It is live-broadcasted on QTV and NAVER V-APP, as well as Aichii, the biggest video-streaming website in China.

[??????=??? ??] G-DRAGON reveals a video of himself filmed while attending the 30th Golden Disk Awards.

On January 20, G-DRAGON posted this video on his Instagram page under the title of “Golden Disk Awards”.

In the video, G-DRAGON looks at the camera and makes various faces. He is wearing color lenses and fake teeth that make him look as if he has metal teeth. His mischievous expressions and special bubble effect adds a strange appeal to the video.

Meanwhile, the 30th Golden Disk Awards was held at Grand Peace Palace, Kyunghee University on January 20. BIGBANG, SHINee, Beast, Bangtan Boys, f(x), Apink, Vixx, EXO, Girls’ Generation, CNBLUE, EXID, Red Velvet, and AOA attended the ceremony.
