The music video of “SOBER” released on the 1 this month  along with the song itself is garnering a growing number of views, recording a rapid pace of increase. As of July 5 at 8am, the video is recording 7,032,027 views on YouTube, surpassing seven million within five days from release. 

BIGBANG’s new song “IF YOU” and “SOBER” are also drawing a big popularity, taking the No.1 on the real-time chart of major music-streaming websites for five consecutive days. “IF YOU” is in the first place on the real-time chart of Melon, Genie, Bugs, and Monkey 3.  Second title track “SOBER” is closely following “IF YOU” on charts, enjoying a continuous popularity, too.

The song released on the 1 of this month is drawing a big popularity, staying in the No.1 place on Melon, Korea’s biggest music-streaming website, as of July 6 at 7am. In addition, it is also being ranked in top places on other major music charts, along with “SOBER”.

“IF YOU” is a sad and sentimental song that is different from other BIGBANG songs. BIGBANG’s G-DRAGON and TAEYANG appeared on the July 4’ episode of MBC’s Infinite Challenge. They will be participating in the Infinite Challenge Music Festival. On July 4’s episode of Infinite Challenge, a singing contest titled the Masquerade was aired to kick start the Infinite Challenge Music Festival 2015.

According to the Nielson Korea ratings announced on July 5, July 4’s episode of Infinite Challenge posted an average of 15.6 % in viewer ratings. The highest viewer rating per minute – Best 1 Min. – was 20.4%. It was when the masked G-DRAGON and TAEYANG revealed who they were.

G-DRAGON and TAEYANG were the last performers of the Masquerade, and when they took off their masks, the viewer ratings skyrocketed.

Adding a drum and a pipe to Yook Gak Su’s “HeungBu is at a Loss for Words,” G-DRAGON and TAEYANG put on an exciting and entertaining stage and turned Infinite Challenge into another episode of King of Mask Singer.

Hong Suk Chun is trying to get G-Dragon and Taeyang to appear on “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator.”

On the episode of JTBC’s “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator” that aired on July 6, a list of people who have shown interest in appearing on the show is revealed.

While Chef Choi Hyun Suk says Henry is eager to appear as a guest, other chefs also marvel at the fact that IU and Yoo In Na would like to appear as well.

In addition, Hong Suk Chun reveals G-Dragon and Taeyang are big fans of “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator,” saying, “I’m trying to push all five members into starring on the show.”
