10 Times G-Dragon Turned Crazy Outfits Into High Fashion

As most of you already know, G-Dragon is one of the greatest fashion kings in the Asian hemisphere. During his career, he’s been sponsored by many high label brands, including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, and several others. In the fashion industry, his confidence and unpredictable taste in style gives him an advantage: he can turn anything into a masterpiece. It doesn’t matter if the clothes look strange; in G-Dragon’s universe, anything goes and everything works. His looks below will prove it.

1. Samsung outreach concert: 03/27/2014

Is it even possible to take a parachute harness and turn it into an outfit? Yes, yes it is. G-Dragon can turn basically anything into gold, and this harness shirt is no exception.

2. Instagram update: 04/07/2017

With this outfit, I can definitely see G-Dragon playing a role in a gangster drama someday. Those baggy pants could earn him some serious reputation. After all, you can’t mess with a man who loves fancy pants.

3. “We Like 2 Party”: 05/19/2015

I think it’s safe to say that G-Dragon is the ONLY person on the planet who can pull off this outfit. With those khaki overalls and his bucket hat, he looks like he’s ready to do some serious fishing (in style, of course).

Check out his full outfit in BIGBANG’s MV below:

4. Melon Music Awards: 07/11/2015

I really don’t know about this one. Maybe it’s the mullet, or maybe it’s those retro shades. . . But I get the feeling that G-Dragon traveled back in time to the ’80s just so he could steal that sweater.

5. “Infinite Challenge“: 12/17/2016

Aww, look at this little ray of sunshine! He’s so adorable in those bumblebee stripes, it just makes you wanna pinch his cheeks. I’m pretty sure if anyone else tried to wear this jacket, they’d end up looking terrible.

6. AIA Now Festival: 08/14/2014

I think we all know where G-Dragon found this shirt: in the bottom of a grandpa’s closet. To be honest, though, I’m totally diggin’ this look. These days, beachy printed t-shirts seem to be making their way back into summer fashion trends.

7. BIGBANG 0.TO.10 FINAL IN SEOUL: 01/08/2017

We all get a little lazy sometimes, and occasionally, we end up wearing pajamas in public. While some of us might manage to look slightly decent, I doubt any of us could ever look as great as G-Dragon in his purple bathrobe. Just look at him work that swag.

8. “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook”: 09/10/2012

There is no debate. G-Dragon has officially earned his status as a fashionista with this outfit. Forget that cotton candy color scheme, he is literally wearing a skirt made out of zippers.

9. Incheon airport: 08/14/2014

To all you country rodeo junkies out there, this one’s for you. The unique stitching in G-Dragon’s jacket gives off that one-of-a-kind designer feel. If anyone ever tries to tell you the cowboy look is outta style, this will definitely prove them wrong.

10. Instagram update: 03/29/2013

I really wish I knew what G-Dragon was thinking when he wore this. With those gold embroidered shorts and that double-purse action going on, that furry headdress looks like it actually fits with the overall outfit. If we could just get a glimpse into that genius mind of his, I bet we’d all become fashion experts.

[★EXCLUSIVE] The Full Story Behind T.O.P’s Drug Scandal, And The Mysterious Trainee Woman

Since BIGBANG‘s T.O.P was officially charged with illegal drug use, many questions have been left unanswered.Who was the trainee that smoked marijuana with T.O.P at his house? What is the identity of this trainee? How did the police find out that T.O.P was smoking weed?
And finally, what exactly were the events that led to police being suspicious of T.O.P and starting their investigation into him, in the first place?

Koreaboo and Dispatch have uncovered all the answers to these questions.

The biggest question first: the identity of the female trainee who smoked marijuana with T.O.P.

Her name is Han Seo Hee, and she is currently 21-years-old (born in 1995).

Han Seo Hee has been a trainee at multiple companies and auditioned multiple times to be a K-Pop idol.

Her start in entertainment appears to be when she auditioned for JYP Entertainment, in 2011.

Han Seo Hee won 1st place in these auditions and was featured on JYP Entertainment’s YouTube.

It was not made public whether or not the company signed her as a trainee.

She then appeared on MBC’s Birth of a Great Star 3between October 19, 2012, and March 1, 2013.

Han Seo Hee then became a trainee at Source Music, training to debut with GFRIEND.

However, she was either removed or left the company prior to GFRIEND’s debut on January 15, 2015.

A few months later, on May 12, 2015, Han Seo Hee made a comment about her debut status on her personal ask.fm page.

Han Seo Hee’s ask.fm page was deleted but an archived copy remains online.

She then joined Jellyfish Entertainment as a trainee and was rumored to debut in the girl group Gugudan.

These rumors began to appear around April 2016, prior to Gugudan’s debut on June 28, 2016.

It’s not clear when, but before Gugudan debuted, Han Seo Hee was either removed or decided to leave Jellyfish Entertainment.

An anonymous employee confirmed that she was removed from at least one company, due to personal issues.

Around June 2016, Han Seo Hee deleted all traces of her social media accounts and disappeared.

Her Facebook account and Instagram account no longer exist.

On March 2016, a former 2NE1 stylist and close friend of BIGBANG was arrested for illegal drug abuse.

Yang Seung Ho (a.k.a Yang or XIN) was arrested for smoking marijuana while in Tokyo, Japan.

Timeline: Prior to his arrest in Japan, XIN was caught with cocaine in April 2014, while in Los Angeles, California.

Initial reports claimed that the drug scandal could involve K-Pop idols, due to XIN’s close relationships with many artists.

In the end, as police did not arrest any idols, it appeared as though no one else was involved in XIN’s illegal drug usage.

But now, Dispatch has revealed that the investigations against XIN are what first brought them to look at T.O.P.

Timeline: This means that police first began investigating T.O.P around or soon after March 2016.

Despite their suspicions, there was not enough evidence to demand a drug test from T.O.P and so the case was not taken further.

One year later, in March 2017, police officially began investigating Han Seo Hee for illegal drug use.

Timeline: Han Seo Hee deleted all traces of her social media accounts prior to this, in June 2016.

Leaks from the Police Department reveal she began smoking marijuana to cope with stress.

While investigating Han Seo Hee, police learned that T.O.P had also smoked marijuana with her.

Police examined Han Seo Hee’s belongings and were able to verify her claims of smoking with T.O.P.

With this verification, they were now able to demand a drug test from T.O.P, which came back positive.

Timeline: T.O.P began his military service on February 9, 2017. He was officially assigned to the Seoul Gangnam Police Station on March 6, 2017.

T.O.P initially denied the allegations, when called in, claiming it was only an e-cigarette.

But when confronted with evidence, he admitted to smoking marijuana in his home with Han Seo Hee.

Leaks have indicated that he smoked with Han Seo Hee on 3 different occasions, between October 9 – 12, 2016.

Timeline: T.O.P officially completed the exam to become a conscripted policeman on October 25.

On June 1, 2017, the first reports about T.O.P’s drug usage were made public, while he was on a 3-day break from military duties.

One day later, T.O.P voluntarily returned to the police station for further questioning.

Police have now formally sent the case to prosecutors, with a recommendation for indictment.

Further details on the status of the investigation have yet to be released since T.O.P returned.

However, one leak from inside the police department did share that another BIGBANG member was also drug tested.

But every drug test on this member came back negative, clearing them from the investigation.

T.O.P will allegedly receive a suspension of the indictment while he finishes his mandatory military service.

Until this time, he will be restricted to remaining inside his assigned military station, the Gangnam Police Station.

If found guilty, T.O.P could face up to five years in prison or a fine of up to 50 million won ($44,560).

Dispatch Reveals Exactly How Police Found Out T.O.P Was Smoking Marijuana

Police say a female trainee’s belongings exposed T.O.P of having smoked marijuana which ultimately permitted the police to test his hair.

Earlier today, BIGBANG’s T.O.P was reported to have smoked marijuana illegally in October 2016, with fans and the public confused as to why he was suddenly tested 7 months later.

It was recently discovered that a former 2NE1 stylist BIGBANG’s good friend, Yang, was arrested for using cocaine in Los Angeles, California in April 2014, and marijuana in Tokyo, Japan in March 2016.

Results of investigations on YG Entertainment stylist Yang: “Prosecution of cases on drugs and crime: (1) Entertainment worker who used cocaine multiple times.”

With growing counts of drug abuse, police doubled down on drug crimes and found that one of their suspects was an idol trainee. During these investigations, T.O.P’s name accidentally came up, leading the police to suspect T.O.P for drug use.

Police stated that this was only speculation, and in order to receive a warrant to test T.O.P’s hair for drug use, they needed evidence of the relationship between T.O.P and trainee “A”.

What ultimately allowed for the police to acquire a warrant to test T.O.P’s hair was the belongings of trainee “A”, as they found sources confirming the relationship between the two.

T.O.P initially denied the allegations the test results, but later admitted to smoking marijuana in his home with trainee “A”, and explained that he thought it was just an electronic cigarette.

T.O.P’s home in Hannam-dong.

According to an insider at the Public Prosecutor’s Office, T.O.P will most likely be receiving a suspension of indictment as he is currently serving in the military.

On June 2, “I Live Alone” staff said, “As protocol, T.O.P, who was going to appear in the upcoming episode through a photo, will be edited out.” They added, “It was going to be a short appearance through photos, so it will not affect the content much.”

In a preview of the episode, Yoon Hyun Min was seen requesting T.O.P’s hairstyle at a hair salon. In the episode that is to air, both the audio and video of T.O.P will be fully removed. The staff said, “There was no mention of T.O.P in the conversations at the studio either, so there won’t be a big impact.”

Meanwhile, T.O.P is currently serving as a conscripted police officer for the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency.
