[텐아시아=우빈 기자] Group BIGBANG’s SEUNGRI is showing off his presence in Japan.

On September 3 (local time), a flash mob of 100 people gathered in Japan’s Seibu Shinjuku station plaza to perform SEUNGRI’s new release, ‘WHERE R U FROM’.

A boy started dancing at the plaza where ‘WHERE R U FROM’ was playing, while the number of people dancing gradually increased to 3 people, 7 people, 30 people, and eventually to a hundred people.

The event had more meaning since Pikotaro, Japan’s renowned singer, participated and led the flash mob. He remembered the fact that BIGBANG performed ‘PPAP’ during their Japan Dome Tour, and decided to take part in SEUNGRI’s surprise flash mob.

After leading SEUNGRI’s flash mob by dancing at the front, Pikotaro stated, “Thank you for playing ‘PPAP’ while DJing and performing the song in Tokyo Dome. It was a surprise that expressed my gratitude”.

Sunmi’s “Gashina” brought lots of laughter onto the set of SBS’s “Running Man.”

On the September 2 broadcast, a star-studded lineup of guests joined the cast for the “Dangerous Choice 2” special.

When Yoo Jae Suk asked Sunmi what she’s been up to, HaHa commented, “She dominated the festivals.” Referring to the Sprite 2018 Waterbomb Festival, he continued, “There was a festival where all of the sexiest people were there, but Sunmi came out and killed it.”

Sunmi was then asked to perform “Gashina” in front of the cast and guests. Before stepping out, she said, “But the reason why [my festival appearance] became a hot topic was because I was sprayed with water.” She then made everyone burst into laughter when she asked if a pack of water bottles was for her performance.

Lee Kwang Soo and Yoo Jae Suk stood behind Sunmi as her back dancers for the performance. They became startled by some of the unexpected moves, but nailed the chorus part of the choreography.

Other guests also took on the popular song. iKON’s B.I performed a slower, sexy version of “Gashina.” Comedienne Kim Ji Min performed a very energetic version of the song while actress and former girl group member Lee Si Ah shocked everyone with her daring moves. BIGBANG’s Seungri put his own twist on the choreography and earned laughter and applause.

On the latest episode of tvN’s “Salty Tour,” BIGBANG’s Seungri made an entertaining attempt to save money by tricking the other cast members!

The August 25 broadcast of the reality show followed Seungri and his fellow travelers as they explored the Chinese city of Xiamen on an extremely tight budget. At one point during the episode, the “Salty Tour” cast made their way to a cafe to enjoy some iced coffee together.

Seungri, who was in charge of planning their itinerary for the day, ordered coffee for the group in fluent Chinese, and he returned with six cups—one for each of the cast members (aside from Jo Se Ho). However, shortly after tasting the coffee, Seungri’s traveling companions pointed out that something didn’t seem quite right.

Comedienne Park Na Rae remarked, “I’m not an avid coffee-lover, but I drink it occasionally, so I know how it’s supposed to taste. Why is this coffee so watery?”

As Seungri quietly sipped his coffee with a guilty expression, Park Myung Soo, Jung Joon Young, and gugudan’s Kim Sejeong all agreed, “The coffee here really is extremely watery.”

Seungri cut in, “My friends told me that in Xiamen, people like to drink their coffee very light.” However, Park Na Rae remained unconvinced, and everyone took another sip of their coffee in order to evaluate the taste.

All of a sudden, Seungri asked out of the blue, “Should we listen to some music?” and began singing in an attempt to quickly change the subject.

An observant Park Myung Soo then accused Seungri of diluting the coffee in order to make three cups out of two. As the other cast members expressed their doubts, Jo Se Ho retrieved the receipt from the show’s production crew and discovered that Seungri had actually gone even further—in order to save money, he had bought three cups of coffee and asked the barista to water them down into six cups.

Park Myung Soo then cracked up the entire cast by exploding in rage, with comedian Heo Kyung Hwan jokingly commenting, “This is the first time I’ve seen [Park Myung Soo] swear during the daytime.”

Seungri defended his scheme by explaining, “If I had ordered real coffee [for everyone], I would have exceeded the budget.”

He added, “Even though the [other cast members] called me a con artist after I got caught this morning, I was still confident that the plan I had prepared could make everyone happy, so I put up with it.”

BLACKPINK Jennie Dubbed As The ‘Female G-Dragon,’ But She’s Also A Female T.O.P

It appears that Jennie is the female version T.O.P as well.

BLACKPINK’s Jennie is slowly becoming the ultimate queen of K-pop. Not only has her group reached the superstardom status, but the singer had been getting a lot of attention for her style and behavior.

In fact, Jennie is now being dubbed as the female version of G-Dragon. It is such a huge honor since the BIGBANG leader is considered a fashion icon, not only in South Korea but in other parts of the world as well.

When Jennie was called the “Female G-Dragon” by the show’s host for her impeccable style, the BLACKPINK singer laughed at first, but then appreciated the compliment. The comparison is such a huge deal since the BIGBANG frontman is considered a top celebrity in the industry.

Jennie then went on to explain that she had been a fan of fashion ever since she was young. The BLACKPINK singer also added that the reason why people like what she wears is because she also likes them. This goes to show that her confidence completes her look that made her fashion game successful every time she appears on stage, interviews, red carpets, and more.

“I’ve been reading fashion magazines and looking at different clothing styles since I was a girl,” Jennie revealed. “I like what I wear, so I think that’s why people like it too.”

However, G-Dragon is not the only BIGBANG member that Jennie has something in common with. Many believed that her savage attitude resembles T.O.P’s.

Jennie is known for being both cute and fierce at the same time. However, not all people are used to her straightforward personality. As a matter of fact, the BLACKPINK star had gotten a lot of hate for the way she treated her members, especially Lisa.

Despite being a celebrity, she is certainly not one to try and please her audience, as evident in one of her live broadcasts. When a fan asked her to wink, she quickly replied “no” and brushed the request off. Her ways reminded a lot of people of T.O.P.

BIGBANG’s T.O.P is known for poking fun at his members. He also reads fan comments on his Instagram and had no problem putting them in their place if he didn’t like what they posted on his account.

T.O.P has proven time and time again that he is a total boss, online and off. Now, it appears that Jennie is the female version T.O.P as well.

BIGBANG T.O.P’s Unreleased Song Leaked? YG Star’s Never Before Heard Track Shared Online [WATCH]

Fans went wild after hearing T.O.P’s unreleased song. Photo by BIGBANG T.O.P/Instagram

Fans still have to wait a couple of years for all the BIGBANG members to be on stage again and create new music. It’s no secret that the YG Entertainment stars’ supporters have been missing the boys a lot as four of five of them are currently completing their mandatory military service. So when an unreleased song of T.O.P suddenly emerged online, fans went wild.

T.O.P’s art friend Mark Grotjahn posted a video of a painting with the BIGBANG star’s voice clearly rapping in the background music. As if his deep voice is not enough of a giveaway, his trademark speed rapping was also featured in the song.

Since they have bonded through their creativity, it’s not that surprising that Mark listens to T.O.P’s music. What shocked everyone is the fact that the song in the background was never heard before. It wasn’t a part of any BIGBANG’s albums, and it wasn’t one of the tracks in T.O.P’s solo albums.

Fans quickly realized that it could be an unreleased song of T.O.P since nobody knew where it’s from. A fan page of the BIGBANG rapper shared the video on its page and VIPs were sent into a frenzy.

“What is this song????,” one fan asked. “We don’t know too, probably an unreleased song,” the admin of the fan page replied, adding a loudly crying face emoji. “I want moreee,” another fan commented.

It’s quite clear that VIPs have been missing the boys so much, and T.O.P’s unreleased song just reminded them how much they miss their music. In the meantime, they show their love for G-Dragon, T.O.P, Taeyang, Daesung, and Seungri by watching their old music videos.

In fact, BIGBANG’s “Haru Haru” is the latest music video to join the 100 million views club! The music video was uploaded ten years ago, which many believed that catapulted the boys to stardom.

There is a big possibility that more views were added to BIGBANG’s music videos because fans have been missing the boys a lot. And since G-Dragon, T.O.P, Taeyang, Daesung, and Seungri will not be seen as a group for at least two years, watching their old videos is the only way that fans can boys together.
